About this course:

This course provides you with the essential skills and knowledge to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems. Through hands-on training with a variety of photovoltaic tools and equipment, you’ll apply your electrical expertise to real-world installations. You’ll also learn to assess client needs, evaluate site conditions, and customise solar system designs to meet specific requirements, all while prioritising safety and adhering to industry standards. By the end, you’ll be ready to install, maintain, and repair photovoltaic systems, playing a vital role in the growing renewable energy sector.

 What you will learn:

• Demonstrate safe work practices in photovoltaic system installation
• Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Apply electrical knowledge to solar photovoltaic installation processes

  • A copy of your Birth Certificate will only be accepted if no other form of ID is available
• Proof of previous learning/experience: Documentation of basic knowledge of Electrical Installation and/or relevant experience in Electrical Installation
